Challenges

LCDOT recognized that in order to quickly and accurately source, review, and report hundreds of projects changes in its Capital Improvement Program (CIP), moving away from legacy workflow management would be essential.

Over the course of six years, the agency attempted to move from a paper-based process to custom technology system. But the implementation was lengthy while the outcome failed to address the agency’s evolving needs.

Solution
