It saves us a lot of time and frustration - when we call or email with any complicated request, we generally don’t need to explain why we’re making the request, they get it. Right out of the box the software meets all of the MPO’s federal regulations for a TIP. Even if there is a little tweaking, a product that meets federal, state, and regional regulations is produced right away. We can’t stress enough how helpful it has been to not have any IT costs or requirements for the system on the CMAP side.
